This morning our Summer Service youth group went over to the County Museum and Thrift Store to help with some projects outside, cleaning, and organizing. The Museum and Thrift Store are non-profit, volunteer run organizations that give back to our Redwood Falls Community. Any money they make goes back into the community, they also donate items to those in need, who have been displaced, or fallen on a hard time. If you are doing some cleaning, moving, or have items you no longer need, drop them off at the Thrift Store!

Join us this summer for our Summer Service! Youth going into grade 7-12th grade are welcome to join us as we take some time to give back to our community and serve those around us. We will begin each Wednesday with Mass or Prayer at 8am, and service to follow, concluding around 11:30am. Our first day of service will be this Wednesday, July 10th - meeting at St. Catherine at 8am. Please have youth bring a water bottle; and wear t-shirts with sleeves, shorts longer than fingertips, and tennis shoes. Call the Parish office or contact Katie to sign your youth up.

More specifically, they are saying they’re from “My St Catherine” Church. No information or data has been shared, and there’s no indication of a data breach in our systems. Fr. Tony’s phone number is freely published, and can be mimicked like any other number. Please understand that no staff or clergy will email or text message you to request money or information. If you have a suspicious text or email claiming to be from one of our parishes, please let us know.

After trying a few different locations outside, it is very apparent that the gnats are terrible outside today, so we will be hosting our family movie night, watching Miracles from Heaven, in Rooms 9 & 10 instead. You are welcome to still bring your lawn chairs inside!
